When i run the software all i see is squares for letters, is something wrong?
No, nothing is wrong. You just need to install japanese languages onto your computer. Go to: control panels > regional and language options > languages tab > details > add Then select all the languages you want to add. You may need to have your windows CD available. This will not only add the fonts, it will add the software allowing you to input those languages. You can also select what font sets you want installed while you're installing windows. If you do it this way, I don't believe you also have to install the "IME" (Input Method Editor) which allows you to type in that language.
When i run the installer it says something about the 'MSI' being missing, what can i do?
You're running an outdated installer. You can download the latest one here. |
